We always find alternate solution so that the sad or a depressing feeling turns into happiness. But we very well must have experienced that this feeling again comes back either when we are lonely , angry , depressed etc . That clearly states that we are still having it deep inside us , which is not gone but suppressed.
Suppressed feelings become more and more difficult as time passes by and then they are like volcanoes. A small incident will happen and it will become a war which will not only affect you but also all the important relationships around you. Do you think this is actually worth it ? What is important for you , you need to understand this here.
Dealing with the feeling , accepting your feeling is very important step when it actually occurs . If we don't address it or communicate or feel it fully we would never be able to come out of it . So by this we are very clear that how important it is to heal when the situation occurs rather than avoiding it . Do not worry about those few days of sadness, as it is temporary , your sad days are not for ever ......but yes if you delay this you might definitely push it to months of sadness or depression.
