Why healing is so important

We always find alternate solution so that the sad or a depressing feeling turns into happiness. But we very well must have experienced that this feeling again comes back either when we are lonely , angry , depressed etc . That clearly states that we are still having it deep inside us , which is not gone but suppressed.

Suppressed feelings become more and more difficult as time passes by and then they are like volcanoes. A small incident will happen and it will become a war which will not only affect you but also all the important relationships around you. Do you think this is actually worth it ? What is important for you , you need to understand this here.

Dealing with the feeling , accepting your feeling is very important step when it actually occurs . If we don't address it or communicate or feel it fully we would never be able to come out of it . So by this we are very clear that how important it is to heal when the situation occurs rather than avoiding it . Do not worry about those few days of sadness, as it is temporary , your sad days are not for ever ......but yes if you delay this you might definitely push it to months of sadness or depression.

Let's learn a few methods which will be helpful for us in the process of healing

  • If something upsets you , try to figure out the depth of it to understand from where it started .To do this one has to sit quietly with it . You can also write down the pointers.
  • Once you have understood from where it started you need ask a few questions to yourself . Is it so important to you ? Is the person responsible, the situation or surrounding or your mood or other persons mood lead to the occurrence?
  • After knowing the reason of occurrence the most important thing to be questioned to yourself is ..is it worth to still carry forward in head and spoil the present as acceptance of our feeling is most important thing . Once we have accepted the feeling we become the viewers of the feeling which has come to pass by
  • Most important thing is to let it take the time to heal
  • Meditation is very useful as it gives clarity to thoughts.
