How to respond with peace?

Have you ever thought that how do we respond to people when they are throwing up on us ? At times we regret our response . Cause we generally respond to people with the emotion they carry against us . Thus we become their emotion . So our response becomes an emotion of the other creating endless problems which we face due to losing oneself by the throw up of the other .We end up in messing up the conversation . Instead of ending it , we develop more deeper wounds in the mind of each other.

We need to understand a few questions inside our mind before our response . Let us do this  important check  before answering to others emotion.

Am I actually aware of what and how was the origin of this emotion in the other?

Is this emotion coming from my behaviour or action?

Is it important to respond in the same emotion ?

Will it end the pain of the other by the emotion I share ?

Will my response end the conversation with peace and understanding ?

After thinking over all these questions if we feel  that the answer is yes then one should go ahead but if we think the answer is no learn to let it go . Sometimes being silent is better than responding . As at that time the opposite human is disturbed and the emotion of the other is working higher than he/ she as a person .

Explain when the individual has calmed down  to understand what you mean and if you  still feel that person is not open enough to understand and accept what you say it's better to let it go . We need to this with the understanding towards the other . In all this process , maintaining our own internal peace is very important . If our peace is at toss never try to explain the other. Still if there is an urgency to talk one should be consciously aware of every word that is coming out from one's mouth . If possible ask for some time and meditate for a while before responding.

Keep practicing this in life to make it a practice.

One can give a self check by checking their state of peace only at their worst .

So learn the art of peace today to always be calm in the chaos of your lives.
