Do you loose your peace when you make an error ?
How fast do you come out of it or you actually divert yourself into something else and live with that unhealed version ?
Most of us use the diversion method and we feel it works . But in real sense it never works . It is just suppressed deep in some corner which always has high chances to erupt during triggering times in our lives. So the real way is to face the hurt than to suppress.
You must be thinking why to feel and go through so much pain . It is very important as if we don't heal our vision will develop judgement against every other being we come across in our lives . We will view someone with a coloured lens rather than a clear lens. These become our barriers for any growth in our lives .
Healing is actually unlearning , forgiving from the deepest core . It not only gives us freedom but also an opportunity for the other to change . As constant change is the reality of life.
Let's learn the methods to heal
1) The first important step is to sit quietly and understand what is hurting you .
Is that the upper surface part of hurt or it is real deep root reason. If not a deep root reason firstly it is very important to figure out the deep routed reason behind the hurt which is only possible through self interrogation.
2) Once the deep routed reason is figured out . We need to find pointers to understand what would be the methods to accept that hurted us . For example if the real deep routed reason behind hurt is fear of loosing then the method to overcome would be accepting the worst that it is lost then start looking on the bright side of the present.This would prepare you for the worst and also help you to enjoy the present.
3) You can also pen down the thoughts of hurt coming to your mind on a piece of paper and crush it or tear it to smallest bit remembering as if with every tear the pain is flowing out .
4) To check on to the progress of healing try to meditate after the given exercise. Are u feeling calmer or thoughts are triggering more . Do not fear if thoughts trigger . Trigger is a sign of healing as they come on to the surface in the form of thoughts .Try bringing yourself from the thoughts into meditation rather than flowing with it . This would bring the control of ur mind and teach you that problems come but how fast you come out of it will make u stronger. And the most important it is temporary not going to stay for ever.
