CURE TO ENTANGLED MINDS

Whenever a person is loaded with multiple problems the mind gets into a state of confusion . According to the heaviness one is feeling in his / her life , the mind merges all the situations together and feels blank and depressed. He/ she  turns into a situation where he/ she is unable to find solution to the thoughts going on in their minds as there is no clarity of which is the exact situation that is making them so low .At times in severe cases people feel that this is an end that is happening to their lives . In these kind of situations people fail to understand that this is just a phase which would pass by in sometime , as no situation comes to stay in anyone's life forever.
He / she feels even to end their lives at time but this phase is very temporary and the life will surely become beautiful once this time surpasses and at such times it is a symptom of chronic depression which is cultivating suicidal attempts.
There are a few things which would help one to understand what are the symptoms taking you to the state of depression due to entangled minds which needs an instant awareness of putting a break and use the few methods given in the blog below to come out of ones devastated situation .

Firstly let's understand the few symptoms to it.
 • Constantly feeling low
 • Not knowing the actual reason of this lowness
 • Sleeplessness
 • Feeling this is an end
 • Headaches
 • Feeling unhealthy

If all the above situations are experienced you can help people suffering / or your friends and family suffering by trying on to the solutions listed below : 

  1. If one is facing these Kind of situations the person needs a support .A support which can help them believe and gain confidence in themselves and they should not be left alone until they are completely out of the situation.
  2. Constantly they should be engaged in activities such as gym , running or any other exercises which would drain their energy and give them sound sleep.
  3. There should be a practice of meditation as it not only makes the mind calm but it would help them get more clarity and proper division in the mind which will indirectly help them search solutions .
  4. Once they feel relaxed after meditation they need to sit quietly and list down their problems one by one and try to find solutions to them . There might be a few problems which has no solution in the present.Such should be accepted in a way that some things are not in our hand and give a proper understanding to it and let them go .
  5. Time is needed in such situations , so one has to create an understanding inside oneself that "I need to give time for this to settle and this is just a phase which would surely pass away".
  6.
